Below you will find a brief explanation of the shipping choices to help you select the right carrier for your purchase. If you would like to calculate the cost of shipping for your order. All items are shipped from our facilities in South Carolina. You can calculate the approximate time to your destination according to your distance from South Carolina. Orders that are received before 4:00 PM EST, will be processed that day, and shipped the following day. Orders received after 4:00PM EST, will be processed the following day, and shipped the day after processing. All orders that are scheduled to ship on Sunday will be shipped Monday. All shipping times below are based on the shipping date, not the order received date.

USPS Priority Shipping - The average time for Priority shipping is 2-3 days. While this is not a guarantee, we have found it to be very accurate even during the major holidays seasons. If you are having your purchase shipped to the west coast, Alaska or Hawaii, it will always be 3 days and possibly 4. This is an excellent method of shipping if you are purchasing only one or two items, or if you are shipping to the west coast, Alaska or Hawaii. This option is not available for books or printed material.

UPS - The average rate of ground service shipping for UPS is 5 days. If you are having your purchase shipped to the west coast, Alaska or Hawaii, it will take approximately 8 days. This is an excellent method of shipping if you are having a large quantity of items shipped, the value of the contents is higher than $150.00 or if the weight of the box is more than 6 pounds. This option is not available for books or printed material.

Next Day Air - This option is rather costly, but is guaranteed to arrive on time, with only a few exception. Most orders shipped will be received the next day, however there are some areas within the US, guaranteed next day delivery is not available. To make sure your package will arrive when you expect, please give us a call to insure you are not shipping to one of the non guaranteed areas throught the US. This option is not available for books or printed material.

Book Rate- This option is available if you are purchasing only books, in fact the price quoted at the web site includes standard. Please note that priority, next day air and delivery confiramtion options are not avialble for this method of shipping. If you choose this rate for something other than books, your order will be processed as USPS Priority Rate. Book rate allows for heavy bound material, such as books, to be delivered at a reasonable rate. It takes approximately 10 days if you are having your purchase shipped to the west coast, Alaska or Hawaii.

International Shipping - We do ship worldwide, however it is impossible for us to calculate all the possible variable for international shipping if you have selected a combination of reservation items as well as in stock merchandise. If the items you have selected will not be shipping at one time, your costs may be higher than the cart program indicates. If all items as being shipped at the same time your shipping costs will be as stated on the order. However please keep in mind, if there is postal increase between the time you place your reservation and the item(s) are shipped there can be a price increase. If you will email and let us know what you would like to purchase and the speed at which you would like for these items to be delivered, we will happily email a quote within 24 hours. The average rate of speed for air mail is 9-10 days.

Insurance - All orders that are shipped from our warehouse are insured and include a tracking number. Depending on the delivery method you select (USPS or UPS) what is covered under this insurance does vary. UPS covers damaged items as well as non delivered items. In most cases UPS requires a signature before the package is left. USPS only coveres damaged items, not non delivered items and they do not require a signature to leave your shipment. Once the tracking number registers as being delivered on the USPS web site, it is considered to be received by our customer. In the event of non delivery, your course for redress is the USPS, not Victoria's Mall. Insurance for international shipments covers the loss of a package, not for any damages in the package.

Returns - You may return any non holiday item within 30 days from shipping date. Holiday items need to be returned 10 days prior to the holiday, no returns will be accepted after the holiday. You will need to let us know you are making a return so we can give you proper shipping instructions for your merchandise to insure its safe return and a return authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the correct return authorization number on the outside of the box. If an order is refused and returned to our receiving department, we will access a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Notice: Individuals 85 years old and older in South Carolina - You are entitled to a 1% state sales tax reduction on items purchased for your personal use. You must ask for the reduction and present proof of your age.
