Below you will find some helpful information about our store policies,

Shipping: Here you will find most
of your shipping questions answered: When will my item ship? How long
will it take? How much does it cost? What if it arrives broken? What
if it doesn't arrive at all? If we have neglected to include your question
in our shipping page, please don't hesitate to ask.
Returns: You may return any non holiday item within 30 days from
shipping date. Holiday items need to be returned 10 days prior to the
holiday, no returns will be accepted after the holiday. You will need
to let us know you are making a return so we can give you proper shipping
instructions for your merchandise to insure its safe return and a return
authorization number. No packages will be accepted without the correct
return authorization number on the outside of the box. If an order is
refused and returned to our receiving department, we will access a 15%
restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Notice: Individuals 85 years old and older in South Carolina - You are
entitled to a 1% state sales tax reduction on items purchased for your
personal use. You must ask for the reduction and present proof of your
age.
